THE PAUL SIMON STORY

The UK's no.1 Paul Simon tribute band “Shades of Simon” will be bringing their highly acclaimed 2 hour theatre style show in tribute to Paul Simon as one of the best songwriters and performers of his generation to the Eye Town Hall in August 2024.

With an engaging narration, exceptional musicianship from the 5-piece band, and authentic renditions of the best of his songs from his time in Simon & Garfunkel in the 60's through to his Graceland tour in the 1980's, this is a show that appeals to all generations.

The performance will include early Simon & Garfunkel hits that have endured the test of time like Homeward Bound, The Sound of Silence, Mrs Robinson and Bridge Over Troubled Water, through to the infectious South African rhythms of Paul Simon’s Graceland tour and his biggest solo success, You Can Call Me Al.

The concert will be held on Saturday 10th August 2024 in the Town Hall in Broad Street, Eye.  Doors open 7:00pm, the concert will start at 7:30pm and finish just after 10:00pm.  Seating will be around tables in cocktail lounge style and there will be a licensed bar.
