This concert was originally scheduled for Sun.4th October at The Alexander Centre 15-17 Preston Street Faversham.  As a result of the fire damage to the building at the beginning of the year, the concert is in the process of being rescheduled for Sunday 11th October at The Assembly Rooms, 66 Preston Street.

THE PAUL SIMON STORY
The popular folk-rock band 'Shades of Simon' will be coming to the Assembly Rooms Faversham in October with their theatre style show 'the Paul Simon Story'.
Performed in tribute to Paul Simon as one of best songwriters of his generation it blends an engaging narration with the best of his songs from his time in Simon & Garfunkel in the 60’s (Homeward Bound, Sound of Silence, Bridge over troubled water etc) through to his Graceland tour in the 1980’s (Still Crazy after all these years, You can call me Al).
The Assembly Rooms is an elegant early Victorian grade 2 listed building which has been restored to the splendour of its original design.  The capacity of the hall is limited to around 90 and the band will perform an intimate virtually acoustic set.

Doors open 6:30pm. Show starts 7:30pm through to approx 10:15pm.
